Date: October 18th, 3pm-9pm
Wichita Falls Diversity Coalition polled available community members about the date/time of our event. Because June tends to reach temperatures well over 100 degrees (F), an outdoor program is very difficult for many families, elder-folx, and folx dealing with various health issues. We are a commUNITY and decided to celebrate Pride in the Park during a season with easier-to-tolerate temperatures.
Because temps will be lower, we have extended programming! More details coming soon|!

This year, we will be located at Hamilton Park, 2901 Hamilton Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX 76308.
Vendors
YES! Vendors are welcome and needed! We have three categories of Vendors:
Retail Vendors: $75 Vendor Fee
Retail vendors are those with appropriate licenses to operate as a business or sole proprietor. Items are listed for sale at a set price and incur taxes upon sale. Vendors may provide merchandise from a variety of areas, including bakery, canned/jarred foods, prepared foods, homemade items, crafts, etc.
Nonprofit/Social Services Organization Vendors: $35 Vendor Fee
Nonprofit and Social Services Organization vendors are those with Texas nonprofit and/or Federal 501(c) designation, OR are a program/office of the City of Wichita Falls or State of Texas. Such organizations may take donations and provide information and trinkets to people to remind them of services offered.
Student Organization Vendors: $0 Vendor Fee
Student orgs are welcome to set up an information table about your organization. You must have a valid student id from a local or online institution of higher education.
Youth-Led Vendors: Donation Requested
People ages 24 and below may be noted as a "Youth Vendor." These vendors may not have an established business/sole proprietorship or nonprofit or social services organization. Youth Vendors may request donations and/or sell merchandise. We ask for a 10% donation of your proceeds on SALES ONLY for the opportunity to set up at Pride in the Park. Youth-Led Vendor status must be reviewed and approved following sign up.
